He was on two Stanley Cup champion teams.Guerin's and Weight's career paths crossed in Edmonton, St. Louis and the New York Islanders. They also played together on three U.S. Olympic hockey teams.Karmanos bought the Hurricanes franchise in 1994, moving it from Hartford in 1997. Carolina won the Stanley Cup in 2006 and made the finals in 2002.Mason coached at Michigan State from 1979 to 2002. He also coached at Lake Superior State and Bowling Green, amassing 924 wins in 36 seasons. His win total is second-highest in college hockey history.Curley set tournament records with 11 goals and 12 assist in five games in the first IIHF Women's World Championships in 1990.
