ATLANTA,[url=http://www.homactus.com]Beats By Dre Outlet[/url], April 2 () -- Former Georgia Tech basketball star and NBA player Javaris Crittenton has been indicted on murder and other charges, Georgia prosecutors said Tuesday. Authorities said a Fulton County grand jury had handed up 12 counts against Crittenton, including murder, gang-related activities, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.The 29-year-old former Washington Wizards player had been out on bail since late 2011 after being arrested at John Wayne International Airport in California on charges stemming from the Aug. 19, 2011, slaying of 22-year-old Julian Jones in Atlanta.Jones was shot to death as she stood outside her home with two other people, with the gunfire coming from the driver's side of a sport utility vehicle.Homicide detectives said Crittenton was trying to shoot at a rival gang member he believed had stolen jewelry from him, but Crittenton's attorney says the former first-round NBA draft pick is innocent and the victim of erroneous eyewitness testimony.Prosecutors also alleged Crittenton was the gunman in a separate shooting incident five days earlier when someone fired at, but missed, the same alleged gang member.
